What is a BurgerBuff Pop-Up? I Pop-Up randomly at different locations and serve my burger. I've traveled all over the world eating a burger every single day for a year and have concocted my favorite simple, but delicious BurgerBuff Double Cheeseburger. It's a cross between a high end steak house burger(using top quality dry-aged beef) and an old school burger joint. We smash the patties thin to get a super flavorful crust, but juicy center. They are topped with gooey melted American cheese, and Buff Sauce. Held together by a Martin's Potato Bun. They are the perfect handheld size, one for the average appetite and two for the extra hungry.
I've teamed up with Diesel and Duke in Jersey City, NJ for this one day only Pop-up Saturday 9/26/20 from 12:00pm to 3:00pm. Purchase your ticketed pick-up time slot for your burgers. One ticket gets you one Double Cheeseburger and Chips. No Walk-Up burger purchases allowed. Please arrive on time to pick-up your burgers.
